About the event
Webenessence EnterPrizes and Zen with Jenn have partnered up and are excited to share knowledge and provide a personal experience with the amazing health benefits of Cacao and Sound Healing.
This journey begins with a Sacred Circle where we meet and greet each other, followed by the Cacao Ceremony. This will consist of learning about Cacao, setting intentions, connecting with the medicine and then drinking it. The effects are very calming and relaxing, helping the Heart Chakra to open up with ease.
We will then flow into a Guided Shamanic Meditation, followed by a Sound Bath Journey that will transport your mind and soul to paradise!
You will then be gently guided back to the physical body through somatic movement and singing.
