This is a 7 week Journey that will teach you, in depth about your energy centres (also known as Chakras), and how to work with and balance these energies. You will learn and practice an assortment of tools on how to retrain the mind and body. On each Saturday, we will focus on one Chakra, starting at the Root (Day 1) and ending at the Crown (Day 7). You will apply and practice for that week, all that you've learned, which will start to raise your energetic vibration,  enlighten and empower you. The guidance and tools learned from this course, when applied daily, will cultivate a much happier, healthier and balanced way of life, creating smoother sailings ahead!
